As I have only small camera equipment, I couldn't make out the registrations. Would you know what particular KC-135Rs were there in the fall of 2008? I sure would appreciate your help on this. I've enjoyed spotting at KPHX several times and you really have a great place there to view aircraft (on the parking garage). Thanks for any help you may be able to give.
