Phil, like many of us, shares a life long love of aviation, especially military aviation (past and present). He lives with his family in Orange County, California and has worked as a police officer since 1985.
Phil recently joined the photorecon and classic warbirds team. He brings the ability to frequently connect to the aviation activities in California.
